We do not provide business advice, financial advice, marketing services, or any form of assurance regarding the performance, profitability, growth, or success of any business using a purchased domain name. The word "Lucky" forms part of our brand identity only and does not imply any promise, prediction, or expectation of favourable outcomes.
No Reliance on Statements
By purchasing a domain name, you confirm that you have not relied on any statement, implication, or representation made by Lucky Names regarding future business success, commercial performance, customer acquisition, revenue generation, or suitability for any particular purpose. All marketing language, descriptions, and examples are illustrative only and do not form part of the contractual terms.
Puffery & Brand Language
Lucky Names uses general marketing language, brand identity wording, and non‑literal expressions (including the word "Lucky" and associated slogans) in the normal course of presenting and promoting domain names. Such wording is considered standard commercial puffery and is not intended, nor should it be interpreted, as a factual statement, guarantee, assurance, or promise of any particular outcome. Brand language is subjective and does not create any expectation of business success or performance.
Buyer Responsibility
You acknowledge that all business decisions, actions, strategies, and results are entirely your responsibility. The purchase of a domain name does not create any partnership, advisory relationship, or shared liability between you and Lucky Names. You accept full responsibility for the operation, performance, and results of your business.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Lucky Names is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising from the operation, performance, or failure of your business, including (but not limited to) loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, business interruption, or any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the domain name at the time of purchase.
No Warranty
All domain names are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, regarding suitability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or expected business results.
1. Final Sale Policy
All domain name sales are final. Due to the digital and intangible nature of domain names, once payment has been received and the transfer process has commenced, the transaction shall be deemed final and irrevocable, and no refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges shall be permitted under any circumstances, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment in GBP is required before the domain is released. We accept all major cards via Square and bank transfer. Funds must clear before the transfer begins.
3. Ownership Transfer
Upon cleared payment, the domain will be pushed to your registrar account within hours — usually within minutes. You must provide accurate registrar details. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or third-party registrar issues.
4. No Cooling-Off Period
Domain names are digital content and are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your right to cancel is lost the moment transfer begins.
5. Due Diligence
Buyers are solely responsible for their own research. We make no warranties about value, suitability, or freedom from third-party claims (including trademarks).
6. Domain Status and Condition
All domains are sold "as is". Buyers must verify expiration dates, locks, or any other status before purchase.
7. Liability for Third-Party Claims
After transfer, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any trademark, legal, or ownership disputes.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (registrar outages, technical failures, acts of God, etc.).
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Buyer Acknowledgement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
12. Prohibited Uses
Buyers may not use purchased domains for illegal or harmful activities.
13. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
